Quarantineで予約しましたが、不要になったため、通常の宿泊に切り替えていただきました。柔軟な対応をしていただき、ありがとうございました。
ストレスレスな隔離生活
14日間の入国時隔離を、ストレス少なく過ごすことが出来た。 チェックイン時に、バスタブの掃除がされていなかったため、満足度評価は一つ下げた。
Amazing stay and experience!
Highly recommend Raffles because of the location, staff, amenities. The only complaint I have is the weak WiFi in certain rooms if you must conduct work from your room.

Was excellent from start to finish - just one fix needed better wifi!
The team at Raffles was great. After I left the hotel I realized that I had left several items the Raffles staff together with the Sofitel staff pull out all the stops to overnight the items to me before my flight. SOFITEL had their staff track the package. Many calls and sending out staff to the postal service ensured that I had the items before I left Cambodia. They went above and beyond!
A great sanctuary in the city centre
A very relaxing stay for a long weekend escape. Warm and friendly service throughout. Really enjoyed the Elephant Bar cocktails and gins. Walking distance to the central market (or a short tuk tuk ride). Would stay again.
