４月２６日の宿泊は、１０１０号室で静かで快適でした。 ４月２８日、２９日と１００５号室に、ホテル側の配慮でお部屋をグレードアップして頂きました。 残念ながら、屋外のバーのスピーカー音が大きく、振動もあり、深夜まで眠れませんでした。このお部屋は駄目ですね。３０日の宿泊は、事情をお話してレジデンスタイプのお部屋１７１３号室に変更して頂きました。総じて、ホテルの配慮には感謝致します。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Raffles Makati during my visit to Manila, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff, who made me feel incredibly welcome. The check-in process was seamless and efficient, and I was quickly escorted to my beautifully appointed room. The attention to detail and the quality of the furnishings were impeccable, creating an atmosphere of refined elegance. Location-wise, Raffles Makati is perfectly situated in the heart of Makati, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is connected to a high-end shopping mall, providing easy access to a variety of retail outlets and entertainment options. Last but not least, I must commend the staff at Raffles Makati for their exceptional service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. From the housekeeping staff who meticulously maintained the cleanliness of my room to the concierge who provided invaluable recommendations, their attention to detail and genuine warmth truly made a difference. If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience, this hotel is the perfect choice. I cannot recommend it highly enough, and I am already looking forward to my next stay at Raffles Makati.

Good stay
Reception & service were excellent. The suite was clean and very welcoming. The only thing but was very important was the fact that we were weaken up at 4:30am by intermittent pounding in the room next to us in the headboard area and I had to call the front desk out of concern. This persisted until 5:30 am and we were not really able to get a good night rest.
