快適 好立地
部屋がゆったりとしていて快適だった。庭に面してとても静かだった。忙しくてホテルでゆっくり時間を過ごせなかったのが残念。

Was disappointed to see that the mineral water bottles are no longer served and instead tap water is replaced

A very nice time
After staying at Raffles the Palm and Raffles Singapore we thought we would try Raffles Dubai. We'd seen its pyramid-shaped profile on the Dubai skyline for many years so we chose this year to give it a try. Firstly it's an imposing-looking hotel with a vast reception area. The rooms I think are beginning to show their age a bit although it was spotlessly clean. The staff were accommodating and friendly, especially our Floor butler who at short notice arranged a small complementary birthday cake for my wife after the arrangements with the guest relations at the time of booking and then the reception on the birthday morning had failed. If you want a quiet time around the pool - this is not the hotel for you as it is right next to a very busy road where there is a constant roar from the traffic. It's connected to Wafi Mall and 20 minutes by taxi to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa.
