October 2013 - Around the world, members of the Raffles family of hotels and resorts will be going pink this October to help raise awareness and money for leading Breast Cancer charities.Despite the diverse locations of each of these luxurious hotels, each one is keen to do their bit and show support for one of the most common types of cancer there is.From indulgent spa treatments and colourful pink cocktails, to fashion shows and fund raising dinners, Raffles Hotels & Resorts goes positively pink this October.
Raffles Praslin, Seychelles（ラッフルズ プラスリン、セイシェルズ）
For the month of October, Raffles Praslin, Seychelles will offer pink cupcakes and desserts, Champagne Rosé and pink retail items at Raffles Boutique.The resort aims to raise funds for Breast Cancer Awareness, with part of the proceeds going towards Cancer Concern charity.
On 12 October 2013, Raffles Praslin will be the setting for a Pink Fashion Show & Dinner in partnership with local magazine Coco.The evening will start with a pink cocktail reception, followed by a 6-course dinner featuring pink delicacies.The highlight of the evening will be a fashion show featuring pink collections from Russian fashion designer Katya Kovtunovich, and from local fashion designers’ brands, Kankan, Jo-L, Jo-L, Kreolor and Jouel.After the show, an auction will take place for local artworks, fashion items and many more.
